Main Responsibilities:
Treasury & Cash Management:
Monitor daily cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity.
Prepare ongoing financing reports, including limits and utilization levels.
Ensure timely execution of payments and fund transfers through the TMS.
Prepare quarterly cash flow forecasts.
Supervise and monitor banking contracts and facilities.
Treasury Reporting:
Prepare and review monthly treasury reports (receivables, liquidity, inventory, accounts payable, debt schedules, etc.).
Participate in monthly and annual closing activities by providing accurate and reliable treasury data.
Insurance Management:
Assess the insurance needs of the company’s assets and operations.
Ensure the timely renewal of insurance policies.
Manage insurance claims through to settlement.
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Follow up on internal and external audit matters.
Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or banking industry is preferred.
