Bühler Group in Algiers, Algeria, is looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Sales Engineer to support and strengthen customer relationships, drive service sales, and expand business opportunities within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales and service opportunities, supporting the implementation of business strategies, and ensuring sales and business targets are achieved.
This is where you'll excel
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish, manage, and maintain current customers and potential customers relationships.
Prepare action plans and schedules to increase business activities in the assigned territory.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Align and complement market activities together with existing Area Sales/Service Manager in the assigned territory.
Identify, handle, and resolve customer complaints/concerns.
Communicate new product and service opportunities and special developments gathered through field activity to the Supervisor.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, ensure that customer data in CRM is up to date.
Prepare presentations and proposals and generates sales leads for equipment/plant business.
These are the skills you'll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Food industry.
Fluent communication skill in French and English language.
PSSR (Parts, Sales and Service Representative) experience is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
Has the ability to develop technical/technological solutions with and for the customers.
