Job Responsibilities
Provide on-site repair and maintenance services for SANY construction machinery and equipment across Algeria.
Travel to customer sites to diagnose equipment failures and perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance work.
Conduct inspections and identify problems related to mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
Complete equipment repair tasks efficiently, including parts replacement, system adjustment, and performance testing.
Ensure repaired equipment meets operational requirements and minimize customer equipment downtime.
Provide technical support and solutions for equipment issues encountered by customers during operation.
Maintain accurate service records, including repair reports, failure analysis, replaced parts, and service feedback.
Coordinate with the spare parts and after-sales teams to ensure timely completion of repair activities.
Provide basic technical guidance to customers and operators on equipment operation and daily maintenance.
Complete other service tasks assigned by the Service Manager.
Qualifications
experience in equipment repair, field service, or after-sales maintenance; experience with construction machinery is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems, with the ability to independently diagnose and repair equipment failures.
Hands-on experience with excavators, cranes, loaders, concrete machinery, or other heavy equipment is preferred.
Strong practical repair skills and the ability to work independently at customer sites.
Fluent in French; English communication skills are preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently within Algeria for on-site service and repair work.
Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability, and customer service awareness.
Basic computer skills and the ability to complete service reports and maintenance records.
