- Configure and maintain ESB and integration platforms (TIBCO, Oracle Service Bus, MuleSoft) with focus on service orchestration, API management, and interoperability.
- Design and implement solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and integrate new APIs; package and deploy solutions into production.
- Support UAT, resolve anomalies before go-live, and ensure stability post-deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional platform issues.
- Document processes, mentor team members, and train new staff.
- Ensure high availability, including readiness for off-hours and weekend interventions.
