Role Description
The معلمة الرياضيات CEM & LYCEE will teach mathematics to middle and high school learners following the Algerian curricula. This full-time, on-site role is based in Algiers and involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. Daily tasks include preparing differentiated learning materials, leading classroom instruction, managing learner behavior, and supporting learners who need additional guidance. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues on curriculum alignment, participating in school meetings and training, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians about learner progress.
Qualifications :
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in mathematics instruction at CEM and LYCEE levels.
- Ability to design effective Lesson Planning and Training activities that align with Algerian and British curricula.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Relevant degree in Mathematics, Education, or a closely related field.
- Experience teaching in bilingual or international school environments is an advantage.
- Ability to create an inclusive, learner-centered classroom that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Strong classroom management skills and commitment to professional development
