The Branch Manager - Oran will be responsible for driving the overall commercial and operational performance of the branch. The role will lead business development, customer relationship management, and day-to-day freight forwarding operations, while ensuring service excellence, profitability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate new customers and increase the company's market share.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct customer visits
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Achieve agreed sales and gross profit targets.
Operations Supervision
- Supervise daily import and export operations (Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Inland Transportation).
- Ensure shipments are handled efficiently and in accordance with customer requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and service quality.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and service providers.
- Support the operations team in resolving shipment issues and customer escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations.
Experience and Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit targets.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing and coordinating branch operations
