About the Role
The Finance Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting SANY's overseas business by managing financial accounting, reporting, and compliance, while also providing valuable insights for decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
Handle daily accounting activities, including accounting entries, voucher review, account reconciliation, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
Collect, organize, verify, and report financial data in line with SANY Group and regional finance management requirements.
Cash Flow & Expense Management
Manage daily cash receipts and payments, bank accounts, and cash flow planning to ensure fund security and efficient utilization.
Review and manage employee and business expense claims in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
Monitor budget execution, identify budget variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Tax & Compliance Management
Handle local tax filing, tax documentation, and related tax matters to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Support internal and external audits, tax inspections, and financial reviews by providing accurate and timely financial information.
Monitor changes in local accounting and tax regulations and provide timely feedback on potential compliance risks.
Business Support & Financial Analysis
Prepare regular analysis of revenue, costs, expenses, profitability, accounts receivable, and other key financial indicators to support management decision-making.
Identify financial risks in business operations and work with business teams to optimize costs, control expenses, and improve operational efficiency.
Provide financial support and professional advice to Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Administration, and other business functions as required.
Accounts Receivable & Risk Management
Monitor accounts receivable, conduct regular customer reconciliations, and perform aging analysis to support timely collection.
Identify potential risks related to customer credit, contract execution, and cash collection, and provide timely risk alerts.
Support the improvement of accounts receivable management processes to reduce bad debt risks and improve cash flow efficiency.
Group Finance Management & Internal Controls
Strictly implement SANY Group and regional financial policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
Support Group and regional finance initiatives, including financial reporting, data submission, and special projects.
Promote standardized and digitalized financial management to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
Experience in manufacturing, construction machinery, international trade, or multinational companies is preferred.
Solid knowledge of financial accounting, cash management, cost control, taxation, and financial analysis.
Good understanding of local accounting and tax regulations, with strong compliance and risk awareness.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems, with strong data analysis and processing skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and other business teams.
Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and ability to work under pressure in an international business environment.
Strong alignment with SANY's corporate culture and the mission of "Quality Changes the World," with a customer-oriented, result-oriented, and continuous-improvement mindset.
Good command of English. French language skills are preferred for candidates working in Algeria.
