Senior UI/UX Designer

ThinkerCare Group is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our creative and forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do

* Lead the design of user-centric interfaces across our digital platforms
* Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant design solutions
* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
* Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
* Define and maintain design systems and brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

* 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design
* Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving skills
* Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
* Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A balance of creativity, structure, and empathy
