We're Hiring: Project Manager | Full-Time, Draria, Algiers
At Leqta, nothing ships without someone making sure everything is in place: the right people, the right files, the right deadlines. That person is our Project Manager.
We're a content marketing and video production agency working with brands across Algeria. Our projects move fast, involve multiple teams, and need someone who can hold it all together without losing quality.
If you're the kind of person who sees chaos and immediately starts organizing it, read on.
What you'll be doing:
Setting up and managing client workspaces and production pipelines on ClickUp
Coordinating between strategy, creative, and production teams across every project
Assigning tasks, tracking deadlines, and resolving blockers before they become problems
Reviewing deliverables to make sure they meet both our standards and the client's expectations
Serving as the central point of coordination for everything that moves through our projects
Maintaining reporting documents and updating SOPs to keep operations running smoothly
What we need from you:
Proven experience in project management, agency experience is a strong plus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Clear, direct communication with the team and with clients
Attention to detail that doesn't slow you down
Familiarity with project management tools, ClickUp experience is a plus
What this looks like:
Full-time, on-site in Draria, Algiers
On-site with flexible working hours
A fast-moving environment where your work directly impacts client results
