📍 Algiers, Algeria | On-site
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help us build, improve and scale digital products, with a strong focus on user impact, data and business value. You will work on different products and projects, tackling diverse user and business challenges.
What you'll do
- Own and drive product roadmap & priorities
- Identify user and business problems and turn them into product opportunities
- Translate user needs into clear product requirements
- Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Operations and Business teams
- Lead initiatives from discovery to delivery and iteration
- Define and track product KPIs
- Use data to identify opportunities and guide decisions
- Manage the backlog and contribute to agile rituals
- Follow execution and ensure high-quality delivery
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of experience in Product Management or a similar product role
- Strong product sense and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset: funnels, dashboards and product metrics
- Good understanding of discovery → delivery → iteration
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to learn new domains and understand products quickly
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
