We are strengthening our project delivery teams in Algeria and are looking for experienced professionals to join our construction operations.
Positions Available
Project Director
15–20+ years of experience in construction, EPC, MEP, infrastructure or large-scale project delivery. Proven experience leading major projects from planning and mobilisation through execution and completion, with strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management capabilities.
Senior Planning Manager
12–15+ years of experience in project planning and controls, preferably within major construction, MEP, EPC or infrastructure projects. Strong experience in programme development, monitoring, progress reporting, forecasting, schedule analysis and project controls.
Planning Engineer – Civil / MEP
5–10 years of relevant planning experience, with hands-on exposure to civil and/or MEP construction projects. Experience in programme preparation, updating schedules, progress measurement, critical path analysis, look-ahead planning and reporting is required.
Key Requirements
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Strong experience in construction project planning and controls
- Experience with Primavera P6 and/or other planning tools
- Strong understanding of project schedules, milestones, critical path and progress measurement
- Experience working with multidisciplinary construction and MEP teams
- Strong reporting, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in large-scale projects is preferred
Location: Algeria
Algerian candidates are preferred.
Candidates from other nationalities with strong international or GCC construction experience who are willing to relocate to Algeria are also encouraged to apply.
