Role Overview
Elegancia is strengthening its project teams in Algeria and is looking to appoint experienced professionals across Cost Control for multiple levels.
Positions Available
- Cost Control Manager: 12–15+ years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to large-scale construction projects and proven experience leading cost control functions
- Lead Cost Control Engineer: 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction/project controls, with the ability to independently manage project cost reporting, forecasting and analysis
- Cost Control Engineer: 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction, with strong hands-on experience in cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting
Key Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong experience in construction cost control and project financial management
- Experience with project budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasting and cost-to-complete
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience with major construction, MEP, infrastructure or industrial projects is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Location: Algeria
Algerian candidates are preferred. However, experienced candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate to Algeria are encouraged to apply.
