We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager
to join our team and take ownership of the organization, coordination and delivery of our software projects.
This is a hands-on position. You will work directly with clients, developers and management to ensure projects are clearly defined, properly organized and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple software projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
Collect, analyze and clarify client requirements.
Translate requirements into clear features, tasks and deliverables.
Plan project priorities, milestones and deadlines.
Assign and follow up tasks with developers.
Monitor project progress and identify blockers early.
Coordinate between clients, developers, designers and management.
Follow up on bugs, testing, corrections and client validation.
Maintain project documentation and task tracking.
Provide clear project status updates.
Identify risks, delays and dependencies and take action before they become problems.
Ensure client requests are properly evaluated before being added to the project scope.
Coordinate releases and deliveries.
Make sure agreed features are delivered according to specifications.
Escalate important technical, budget or deadline issues to management.
Continuously improve the team's project management and delivery processes.
Technical Requirements
You are not expected to be a senior developer, but you must have enough technical understanding to work effectively with software developers and understand the progress and challenges of a project.
Good understanding of:
Web and mobile application development.
Frontend and backend architecture.
REST APIs and databases.
Git and GitHub.
Software testing and bug tracking.
Hosting and deployment concepts.
Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Project management and task tracking tools.
Candidate Requirements
3+ years of experience
in project management, software development, product management or a closely related role.
Proven experience managing software or IT projects.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Ability to identify problems and follow them through to resolution.
Professional French communication skills.
Good English, especially for technical documentation and communication.
Comfortable working
on-site in Sétif
.

You should be able to take a project, understand what needs to be done, organize the team, follow up on execution, communicate with the client and make sure the project moves forward.
You should be comfortable asking developers for updates, challenging unrealistic deadlines, clarifying requirements with clients and escalating problems when necessary.

Keep projects organized. Keep the team moving. Keep clients informed. Deliver what was promised.
Compensation
100,000 – 120,000 DZD/month
The final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, technical understanding, project management ability and level of autonomy.
