Location
: Hybrid — based in Algeria (candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Algeria)
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who builds cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, Web, and occasionally Desktop) from a single Dart/Flutter codebase, while also working hands-on in Java for backend integration — someone equally comfortable owning the UI/mobile experience and speaking to the services behind it.
What you'll own:
Cross-platform application development in Flutter/Dart — UI, mobile-specific features, and responsive/adaptive layouts across a single codebase
Integration with backend REST APIs (Java/Spring Boot) — consuming, debugging, and occasionally contributing to the backend endpoints your app depends on
Mobile-specific concerns: device capabilities (camera, notifications, offline behavior), platform-specific quirks (iOS/Android), and performance tuning
Working closely with backend and QA teams to ensure the full request/response cycle — not just the screen — works correctly
Participating in code review and maintaining code quality across both the Flutter and Java portions of your work
What you bring:
4+ years of professional experience, with genuine, current, hands-on Flutter/Dart development — not just familiarity
Real, ongoing Java experience — able to read, debug, and contribute to Spring Boot-style backend code, not a single past project from years ago
Solid understanding of REST API integration, state management in Flutter (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod or equivalent), and mobile app lifecycle
Comfort working across the stack: you should be able to trace a bug from a Flutter screen down into the Java service behind it
Experience shipping to both the App Store and Google Play is a plus
Please note: this role explicitly requires active, current Java experience alongside Flutter — if your Java background is limited to a single past project or coursework, this likely isn't the right fit, and we'd rather know that upfront than after an interview.
