We are a high-growth payment platform engineered for seamless, highly secure digital financial transactions. We are seeking an agile, tech-savvy Project Coordinator to act as our technical bridge between clients, engineering teams, and platform leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Client Contact: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external partners and clients, managing integration scope, gathering requirements, and delivering progress updates
- Engineering Alignment: Coordinate daily workflows across Lead Backend Developers, Lead Frontend Developers, Mobile Engineers, DevOps, and QA teams
- Project Tracking & Milestones: Monitor development sprints, release schedules, and platform deployment milestones to guarantee quality deliverables
- Governance & Reporting: Generate regular status reports, maintain project logs, and provide key progress metrics to administration and technical leadership
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in technical project coordination or IT project management, ideally within fintech or software platforms
- Solid grasp of software development lifecycles, API workflows, and agile sprint mechanics
- Strong technical communication skills to bridge client expectations with core engineering capabilities
- Ability to track complex, multi-variable projects while reporting operational status to executive leadership
