Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tebessa, combining responsibilities in agronomy/zootechnics, information technology, and human resources management. The professional will help plan and supervise agricultural activities, including pest control, irrigation management, and livestock-related tasks, while providing technical assistance to field teams. Day-to-day duties include monitoring production processes, collecting and analyzing data, and proposing improvements for farm operations. The role also involves using IT tools to support record-keeping, reporting, and coordination, and assisting with basic HR functions such as tracking attendance, supporting recruitment processes, and facilitating internal communication. Collaboration with management, technicians, and workers to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards is an essential part of the position.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Agricultural Engineering, including planning and oversight of farm operations.
- Ability to manage Pest Control and Irrigation activities with attention to safety and resource efficiency.
- Experience providing Technical Assistance to agricultural or livestock teams in the field.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Agronomy, Zootechnics, Agricultural Engineering, IT, HR, or a related discipline.
- Basic to intermediate IT skills (e.g., data entry, spreadsheets, farm management software) supporting operational reporting.
- Understanding of human resources practices, including documentation, coordination, and communication with staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to work on-site in varied field conditions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
