The opportunity
- Own the end-to-end indirect procurement strategy for Algeria with full responsibility for a significant annual spend
- Partner directly with the country's senior leadership team, influencing commercial and operational decisions
- Lead sourcing initiatives across Marketing (heaviest spend), Corporate Services, IT, Facilities Management and other indirect categories
- Drive supplier performance, value creation and procurement excellence across the local business
- Work within a highly respected global procurement function that offers excellent long-term career development
We're looking for
- Proven indirect procurement experience within a multinational FMCG or consumer goods environment
- Strong background managing Marketing and commercial procurement alongside wider indirect spend categories
- Experience leading complex sourcing projects and developing senior stakeholder relationships
- A commercially minded, analytical procurement professional with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Fluent English and French required
