We're Hiring: Fire Fighting Training Instructor (English / Arabic)
We are looking for an experienced and certified Fire Fighting Trainer to join our consultant team and deliver high-quality fire safety training programs.
About the Role
We're seeking a qualified instructor who can design and deliver practical and theoretical Fire Fighting training sessions to professionals across various industries, ensuring participants gain the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to prevent, respond to, and manage fire emergencies safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Fire Fighting theory and practical training sessions
- Demonstrate correct use of firefighting equipment (extinguishers, hoses, PPE, etc.)
- Assess trainees' performance and issue evaluations/certifications
- Prepare training materials aligned with international HSE standards
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed during practical sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fire Fighting instructor/trainer
- Relevant certifications (Firefighter training, HSE, or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (French is optional)
- Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of trainees
- Previous experience in a training centre or corporate HSE environment is a plus
