Role Description
The Automotive Diagnostic Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in El Oued. The instructor will deliver structured training sessions in automotive diagnostics and programming, including ECU tuning concepts and practical diagnostic procedures. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing instructional materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations. The role also involves updating course content to reflect current industry standards, providing technical guidance to learners, and collaborating with the training team to improve curriculum quality and training outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, ECU systems, and electronic control units, with practical experience using diagnostic tools and software.
Experience in automotive programming, ECU tuning, and related engineering or design activities.
Ability to develop clear training materials, explain complex technical concepts, and deliver structured classroom and workshop-based instruction.
Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience in a technical or automotive environment is highly beneficial.
Relevant technical certification or diploma/degree in automotive technology, mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Solid communication skills, organized work habits, and the ability to guide learners with diverse backgrounds in a gender-neutral, inclusive manner.
Comfort working on-site in El Oued and collaborating with a team dedicated to improving automotive education.
